The Alta Brianza Ethnographic Museum and the Monte Barro Archaeological Museum

The Alta Brianza Ethnographic Museum, is in the medieval village of Camporeso, shows the daily life of the working class in Lecco and the Brianza, in the 19th and 20th centuries, i.e. from pre-industrial times up to today. The archaeological excavations in the Barra plains have revealed a vast and residential and military settlement from the gota age (5th-6th Centuries) the main items of which are on show at the Monte Barro Archaeological Museum which is near the Centro Parco per l'Educazione Ambientale (Centre for Environmental Education) in Eremo.
